The Completion Services segment offers hydraulic fracturing to boost oil and natural gas production from formations with low permeability. As of December 31, 2021, NexTier boasts approximately 2.1 million fracturing hydraulic horsepower, 101 wireline trucks, and 76 pumpdown units.
The Well Construction and Intervention Services segment at NexTier delivers a range of critical services designed to optimize well performance and ensure operational integrity. This includes cementing services with custom-engineered mixing and blending equipment for precise annulus isolation and hydraulic sealing, protecting freshwater zones. The segment also offers engineering software and technical guidance for remedial cementing and acidizing to enhance well performance. Coiled tubing services are available to assist clients with horizontal completions, workovers, and well maintenance projects. As of December 31, 2021, NexTier had approximately 17 coiled tubing units and 74 cementing units.
